Re-Shuffle

(above)Leader of the Collective Union in a pensive mood as he deliberates with a member.

The Collective Union which is one of the groups which make up the Team Action Parliamentary Assembly(see actionassembly.blogspot.com), advises members that the executive is in the process of shuffling their roles and functions. This is as a result of the recent influx of new members. As of the time of this post no new positions have been finalised.

However members are asked to be available to take their new positions at the next meeting of the group.

Congrats to Rihanna

"Shut up and drive!!"she must have commanded the driver as she was swept to the 50th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

Under her "Umbrella "she must have emerged from her limo to walk the red carpet.

Once inside The Staples Center she begged them ,"Please don't stop the music!!"

And now she must be so happy at winning her first Grammy Award ,She's "Breaking Dishes!!"
As Young Barbadians it makes us extremely happy to see someone from Our Generation and Island doing their very best!!

As a combermerian, having been to school with her (for just a year) not knowing her personally...

Just seeing the girl Robyn Fenty was , Now seeing the star Rihanna has become, makes it that

much more amazing!!!

Ri Ri, Keep up the great work ,better luck next time Kanye!!

Congratulations from The Collective

Collective Union motto and Logo

It is our Collective belief that Youth are the future and this is reflected in our motto

Our logo emphasises unity and peace as it is illustrated in the U.N colour for peace.

Welcome!

Welcome to the home of the Collective Union online!

The Collective Union was founded in 2005 by a group of young people in the Caribbean Island of Barbados.

This grouping was founded primarily to encourage meaningful discussion on a variety of issues which have an impact on the youth and their development.Located in the eastern caribbean our primary concerns are those which affect the youth of Barbados and our caribbean neighbours .[namely Caricom Member States]
Since our establishment in 2005 ,We have come into contact with Youth from Guyana,Trinidad&Tobago and St.Lucia and have no doubt had a positive impact upon them.

We wish to continue making friends, not just in the caribbean but the world over!!
